Professional Journey in the Senior Living Industry

Throughout my professional life, my primary focus has been within the Senior Living Industry. My diverse experiences have allowed me to work across several facets of senior care, including Continuing Retirement Communities (CCRC), Acute & Subacute Rehabilitation, Nursing Home/Long-Term Care, Assisted Living with Memory Care, and Adult Medical Day Care. This range has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the needs and challenges faced by seniors in various care settings.

Over the years, while working in the senior living field, I encountered numerous families and patients who struggled to understand their health insurance benefits. Many of them knew they had Medicare, but lacked clarity about the specific coverages and benefits it provided. There was a common misconception that Medicare would cover all expenses, which often led to confusion and unmet expectations regarding care and financial responsibilities.

Witnessing firsthand how challenging it can be to navigate Medicare, I decided to obtain my health insurance license. Becoming a licensed agent enabled me to merge my insurance knowledge with my extensive experience in Senior Living. This combination inspired me to establish my own agency, dedicated to providing informed guidance and support to seniors and their families.

Offering both insurance guidance and consulting services has proven invaluable for families as they navigate complex choices regarding senior care. Our consulting services are designed to help families understand the range of care options available, tailored to their current health condition. Attempting to manage these decisions alone can be overwhelming and stressful, making professional guidance an essential resource.
